Intensive Summer Masterclasses 2026

Originally, it was planned to hold the Summer Masterclasses of our cooperation partner as part of the “Ballet Grand Prix Vienna” only every two years in St. Pölten. However, already with the conclusion of the successful Masterclasses 2025, there was a clear demand for an annual continuation.
Due to high demand, the Summer Masterclasses will take place again in 2026!
The exact dates will be announced shortly.

Review of the Summer Intensive Masterclasses 2025

🌍 43 participants from 8 nations

The Intensive Summer Masterclasses 2025 were a great success, crowned by the festive Dance Gala on July 21 on the stage of Europa Ballett St. Pölten.
Classical, neoclassical, and modern choreographies were presented, with great enthusiasm from all involved.

👦👧 All children and young people participated with great enthusiasm.
🎓 Many have already registered their interest for 2026. The participating schools have also announced that they plan to bring even more students next year.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Numerous parents and teachers personally expressed their gratitude and great satisfaction with the overall organization and quality of the Masterclasses.

A special highlight was the organized lunch break with a warm meal on-site, which was highly appreciated by everyone.

A heartfelt thanks goes especially to:

• Ms. Viola Li, for the organization and assistance of the “Ballet Grand Prix Vienna.”

• Prof. Michael Fichtenbaum, Artistic Director of Europa Ballett St. Pölten, for providing three ballet studios and the stage – an essential foundation for the success of the Masterclasses.

Masterclasses 2025
Organization, Teachers

• Michael Kropf
  Artistic Director of the Workshop.
  Teaches Classical Ballet, Training, and Choreography for girls and boys aged 13–16 and 17+.
• Melinda Szitt
  Teaches Classical Ballet for girls and boys aged 8–12, leads rehearsals for classical variations in this age group.
• Iryna Tsymbal
  Teaches Classical Ballet for girls and boys aged 13–16 and 17+, Pointe for girls. She leads rehearsals for these age groups.
• Vladimir Malakhov
  Teaches Classical Ballet for girls and boys of all ages. Conducts a separate class in Male Dance Technique for boys of all ages.
• Minea Kropf
  Teaches Modern Dance in all age groups. Creates choreographies for girls and boys aged 8–12.
• Florient Cador
  Modern training and choreography for age groups 13–16 and 17+.
