The Austrian Dance Council Celebrates Its 1st Business Year

It has been a year since the Austrian Dance Council (ÖTR) reformed. Under President Michael Kropf, several projects have already been initiated. The ÖTR DANCE FESTIVAL is one of the most important: every ballet school and dance group, especially in the amateur sector, is invited to participate in the ÖTR Dance Festival with one or two performances.

The first festival was held in June 2024 in St. Pölten at Europaballett; 10 schools and groups presented themselves with extremely interesting choreographies. The 2025 dance festival took place on 15 June 2025.
