ÖTR Ballet Forum 2026–27

In September 2026 the new ÖTR Ballet Forum starts – an open platform for everyone who wants not only to watch classical ballet, but to understand, experience and actively accompany it.

What to expect

• Artist talks (2–4 times a year) with dancers and choreographers
• Exclusive rehearsal visits at Europaballett
• Open day – insights into training and education
• The annual ÖTR Dance Festival
• Reduced tickets (where possible) for performances at the Vienna State Opera and Volksoper Wien

Membership

€ 24 per year – deliberately affordable and open to everyone interested in dance.

Our idea

The Ballet Forum connects audiences, artists and institutions in a lively dialogue – as an active format of mediation and a contribution to strengthening ballet culture in Austria.

Goals

• Sustainable audience development
• Networking of the dance scene
• Awareness of the artistic and physical excellence of classical dance
• Visibility of ballet as high art
